CoordHub uses a collapsible sidebar for primary navigation, a header for global controls, and a keyboard shortcut for fast search.

The sidebar

The sidebar runs down the left side of the screen. It’s organised into collapsible groups — click any group heading to expand or collapse it. CoordHub remembers which groups you’ve opened between sessions. The main sections are:
SectionWhat’s here
ParticipantsYour participant list and individual profiles
ActivitiesLog activities, view pending approvals, running timers
FinanceInvoices, claims, PRODA export, plan managers, payments
ReportsActivity, budget, compliance, and staff reports
CalendarActivity calendar view
TeamStaff directory, caseload matrix
ComplianceIncidents, audits, risks, WH&S, COI register
MessagesInternal messaging between team members
Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) from anywhere in CoordHub to open the search bar. You can search for participants by name or NDIS number, jump to any page in the app, or find a specific activity or invoice.

The header

The header sits at the top of every page and contains:
  • CoordHub logo — click to return to the dashboard
  • Quick Actions — common tasks without navigating first
  • Alerts bell — compliance alerts and notifications
  • Help — opens the Help Centre drawer (see Getting help)
  • Profile menu — account settings, sign out

On mobile

CoordHub works on mobile browsers. The sidebar collapses automatically on smaller screens — tap the menu icon in the top-left corner to open it.
Most coordinators keep Participants and Activities expanded in the sidebar and collapse the rest. The collapsed groups still appear when you navigate into them directly.
How do I switch between organisations? If your account is part of multiple organisations (e.g. you consult across two registered providers), a switcher appears in the top-left corner of the sidebar below the CoordHub logo. Click it to switch organisations. Each organisation is completely separate — participant records, activities, and billing don’t mix between organisations. The sidebar is missing some sections — is something wrong? CoordHub shows sidebar sections based on your role. Coordinators don’t see the full Compliance section, the Team directory, or Settings. If you need access to a section that’s not visible, contact your administrator to discuss a role change. Can I use keyboard shortcuts in CoordHub? Yes. Cmd+K / Ctrl+K opens quick search. Most standard browser shortcuts (Cmd+R to refresh, Tab to move between form fields, Esc to close modals) work as expected. There are no additional custom keyboard shortcuts at this stage.
