Common questions
How do I switch between organisations?
If your account is part of multiple organisations (e.g. you consult across two registered providers), a switcher appears in the top-left corner of the sidebar below the CoordHub logo. Click it to switch organisations. Each organisation is completely separate — participant records, activities, and billing don’t mix between organisations. The sidebar is missing some sections — is something wrong?
CoordHub shows sidebar sections based on your role. Coordinators don’t see the full Compliance section, the Team directory, or Settings. If you need access to a section that’s not visible, contact your administrator to discuss a role change. Can I use keyboard shortcuts in CoordHub?
Yes. Cmd+K / Ctrl+K opens quick search. Most standard browser shortcuts (Cmd+R to refresh, Tab to move between form fields, Esc to close modals) work as expected. There are no additional custom keyboard shortcuts at this stage.
