Before you start
Check that the invitation email came fromno-reply@coordhub.au or your organisation’s registered email address. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder before asking for a resend.
Steps
Open the invitation email
Look for an email with the subject “You’ve been invited to CoordHub”. Open it and click the Accept Invitation button.
Set your password
You’ll be taken to a password setup page. Choose a strong password — at least 12 characters. CoordHub doesn’t impose complexity rules, but your password manager’s suggestion is a good choice.
After setting your password you’ll be redirected to the login page. Enter your email address and the password you just created.
Complete MFA enrolment
CoordHub requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all accounts. On your first login you’ll be prompted to set this up. See First login & MFA for the full walkthrough.
What happens next
Once MFA is set up, you land on your dashboard. Your role and caseload assignments have already been configured by your administrator — you won’t need to set those up yourself.Common questions
Common questions
My invitation email hasn’t arrived — what do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, check that your administrator sent the invite to the correct email address. Invitation emails come from
no-reply@coordhub.au. If your organisation’s email gateway blocks external senders, ask your IT team to whitelist that address. My invitation link has expired — what do I do?
Invitation links expire after 48 hours. Ask your organisation’s owner or administrator to resend the invitation from Settings → Team. Can I change my email address after setting up my account?
Contact your administrator or owner — they can update your email address from Settings → Team. You’ll receive a verification email at the new address before the change takes effect. Can I share an account with a colleague?
No — each staff member must have their own individual CoordHub account. Shared accounts create compliance risks because activity records and audit logs are attributed by individual user. If a colleague needs access, ask your administrator to invite them with a separate email address.
